UTAH PERMIT RECIPROCITY WITH OTHER STATES

At the current time, Utah has a signed formal reciprocity with Arizona, North Carolina, North Dakota, and South Dakota. These four states will honor Utah concealed firearm permits. BCI suggests permit holders contact any other state they are planning to visit to find out about that state's concealed firearm laws.

Utah will honor any permit which has been issued by another state or county.
