2024 Course Schedule and Registration Information
- First-time instructor applicants must still attend in-person class.
Registration Information
- Registration cost for the in-person course is $35.
- Payment must be received at the time of registration.
- Registration is on a first come first served basis for in-person course.
- For registration for in-person course by mail or email, click here to print an “Instructor Course Registration” form.
- To register by email send Mindy Lindquist at mlindqui@utah.gov a filled out “Instructor Course Registration” form.

- Attendees must pre-register for in-person course. Space limitations prevent us from allowing unregistered walk-ins the day of the class.
