On 06/16/2016, the building manager of 2620 Monroe Boulevard called the Ogden city police department to report Donald’s glaze was missing. Officers were told Donald Glaze does not have any next of kin. Officers were told the last time Donald was seen was on May 20th, 2016. Officers were told Donald had lived in the apartment complex for 8 years and, during that time, had never been late on rent. Apartment management became concerned when Donald did not pay his rent on June 1st, 2016. Management went into the apartment to do some repairs and noticed all of Donald’s belongings were still in the apartment. That caused more concern. Donald has a history of diabetes and has recently displayed personality changes. Officers observed there was nothing out of place in Donald’s apartment, and there were no signs of struggle or violence. Officers contacted the local hospitals, jails, and mortuaries with no signs of Donald being located. Donald was entered NCIC as a missing person and remains missing as of 9/20/2023.
