2026 Course Schedule and Registration Information

Registration Information:

• Registration cost for the in-person course is $70.
• Payment must be received at the time of registration.
• Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis for the in-person course.
• For registration by mail or email, click here to print an "Instructor Course Registration" form.
• To register by email, send a completed "Instructor Course Registration" form to Mindy Lindquist at [email protected]. (If you have any questions, you can contact Mindy directly at 801-281-5064).
• Attendees must pre-register for the in-person course. Space limitations strictly prevent us from allowing unregistered walk-ins on the day of the class.
