Per UCA 53-5a-504, a person who is not a firearms-restricted person may request to be added to a Temporary Voluntary Firearms Restriction List. The forms and instructions to be added or removed from this list can be found here. If you are submitting the request through your health care provider, you can now submit the form with electronic signatures, via DocuSign.
Locate Firearm Safe Harbor Storage Locations
The following law enforcement agencies are available to receive firearms for safekeeping if the owner cohabitant or cohabitant believes that the owner cohabitant or another cohabitant with access to the firearm is an immediate threat to a cohabitant, the owner cohabitant, or another individual.
