Closed-6/14/2024 Suspect Serial Killer Chester Turner

57-year-old Chester Turner, a convicted Serial Killer, is charged with one count of first-degree felony aggravated murder for the Itisha Camp Death. Turner was on parole in California in 1998 and absconded to Utah. He has been convicted of 14 murders in California.
