04-26-2004, 4 miles West of Beaver, 1 mile North of State Road 21 in Beaver County, the Skeletal remains were found of a possible Hispanic Male 30-45 years old, approximately 5’4 in height, small build, of particular in interest was an ace bandage that was worn by the deceased, clothing found at the scene, a Columbia Blue and Gray Jacket large in size, a Uty Brand off White or Cream Colored shirt size medium, a T-shirt medium off white or cream in color size, medium sweat pants off White or Cream in color were located. The body was estimated to be there for at least two years prior to discovery. Dental Records are Available and entered into NCIC.
