Unidentified Male Weber County 2016

Contact the Ogden Police Department at (801) 629-8067. A suspected transient male was found in a storage yard that was housing large commercial free-standing prefabricated bathrooms. It appeared the decedent had possibly been living in one of the bathrooms. He was found wearing Jean pants, a blue jacket, white socks and he had a green watch. Probable year of death is 2015 – 2016.

Unidentified Male Grand County 2016

Contact Grand County Sheriff’s Department 435-259-8115.  He was found in the Colorado River. He was wearing a short sleeve brown button  down shirt Carhartt brand size XL long, Cabela Jeans, white socks and a brown Roper hiking boot. He has 3 unique tattoos. A dream catcher with a wolf face upper left arm, a man wearing a hat with a gun and flowers on his right arm, and a sword piercing a heart with vines on his right forearm. He has brown curly hair.  NamUs# 15561

Unidentified Male Tooele County 2011

Contact Tooele County Sheriffs Office 435-882-5600. Skeletal remains found in a field in Tooele County. Mild to moderate Schmorl’s nodes on the inferior surface of T7-T9. Schmor’s nodes are associated with ruptured or injured inter vertebral discs. The presence of these nodes is uncommon and could suggest intensive, habitual activity that caused injury to the lower back region. Probable year of death 2008-2011. Found with Santa Muerte pendant. dark pants and dark belt.

Unidentified Male Millard County 1983

Contact Millard County Sherriffs Office 435-743-5302. In June of 1983 a transient was observed getting off a stalled freight train and trying to cross the flooded Sevier River. The transient fell in the river and was washed away; the body was never found. A skull was found in the Sevier River in December 1983.

Unidentified Male Weber County 1987

Contact Weber County Sheriffs Office 801-629-8221. Skeletal remains and personal property were found in a rural canyon area. Items found were 3 plastic buttons, Zipper closure with “USA” and “Talon” stamped on it, Soles of shoes (28 cm long), Hard shell glasses case with velvet lining. 1 pair of glasses with gold partial wire rim frames with clear lenses. 1 pair of glasses with gold partial wire rim frames with dark lenses. Prescription: right 50-0.25-12 left 25-25-60
Glasses were made by Bosch and Lomb after 1945. Nail clippers.  Leather wallet. 6 metal coins dated 1935-1956 Pen with plastic barrel.  .32 caliber Remington ACP cartridge. Large caliber undeformed unjacketed round-nose projectile (rifling marks have left hand twist). NamUs # 9535

Unidentified Male Washington County 2014

Contact Springdale  Police Department 435-772-3434. Hikers found the skeletal remains in a drainage wash after heavy rains. The remains were found in a remote area near Virgin, Utah. The postmortem interval is estimated at 1-5 years. The decedent’s height is estimated at 5 feet 6 inches to 6 feet 1 inch.

Unidentified Male Grand County 2014

Contact Grand County Sheriffs Office 435-298-8115. Found by hikers ascending out of the central canyon on the west side of Hotel Mesa. This area is near Moab. The decedent was laying on a decaying foam pad under a juniper tree.
His race could be Asian, Native American, or Latino. His estimated height is between 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 9 inches.

Unidentified Male Beaver County 4/6/2004

CONTACT: Beaver County Sheriff’s Office (435) 438-2862.  On April 26,2004 the skeletal remains of an unidentified male were located in Beaver County. The decedent was estimated to be between 33 and 45 years old and was approx. 5’04”. Weight is unknown. He may be of hispanic decent and may have been there for 2 years. He had short black hair with a slight curl in it. The following items were located: A long grey and blue parka large in size, Unitech brand, white long sleeve dress shirt with a mandarin collar, white fleece lined sweat pants, and an ace bandage was also located.

Unidentified Male Beaver County 4/13/2004

CONTACT: Beaver County Sheriff’s Office (435) 438-2862.   On April 13 2004 the skeletal remains of an unidentified male were located in Beaver County. The decedent was estimated to be of Asian decent. Born between 1954-1964. He was between 5’06” and 5’07” and likely weighed between 120 and 150 pounds. Items found with the decedent were: Oversized pair of denim jeans with speckles of blue paint on them, Solo and Semore brand, waist size 38, size small shirt with military insignia, brown v-neck t shirt, yellow and tan soft leather lace up boots with the letter H branded on the sides and a black leather belt

Unidentified Male Salt Lake 1982

CONTACT: Salt Lake City Police (801) 799-3560.  On 3/13/1982 the body of a white male was located. The decedent was a white male between the ages of 25 and 35 years old. He was between 5’02” and 5’05” and likely weighed around 145 pounds. He was wearing blue jeans, long sleeved western type shirt/ black and white, Levi coat with wool lining, long wool socks and jockey shorts. He had back surgery on his 2nd and 3rd lumbar vertebae. He had scars on his left arm and left wrist. He was also wearing a silver seiko watch

Unidentified Female Salt Lake 1986

CONTACT: Salt Lake City Police (801) 799-3560. On 9/3/1986 the body of a white female was located. The decedent was approx. 20-40 years of age with brown hair. She was wearing denim blue jeans without pockets and a lace trimmed light colored long sleeve blouse. She was wearing a silver ring with a centered black stone and an advance watch with a black band. Unidentified Male Kane County 1994

CONTACT: Kane County Sheriff’s Office (435) 644-2349.  On 2/6/1994 the body of a white male was located in Kane County. Clothing found near the decedent include plaid Jacket with blue quilted liner, size XL. Plaid red, white and black flannel shirt, long sleeve. Blue denim trousers, button fly, waist size 33. Pro Action tennis shoes. 11 1/2 size (31 centimeters). Red baseball cap and a paper from Flagstaff Justice court. NamUs# 8514

Unidentified Male Garfield County 1998

CONTACT: Garfield County Sheriff’s Office (435) 678-2678.  On 6/2/1998 the body of a young hispanic/latino male was found in the area of Glen Canyon National recreation area. He may have been there for 2 years. He had a calf roping belt buckle and cowboy boots. He may have been traveling from El Paso to Los Angeles. Several items were found. Denim jacket, bath robe jeans, belt, cowboy boots, athletic shoes, yellow metal bracelet chain with eagle charm, sun glasses, brown wallet, ford truck key and a long distance calling card. Unidentified Male Millard County 2011

CONTACT: Millard County Sheriff’s Office (435) 743-5302. On 12/16/2011 drillers found remains on the South shore of the Sevier Lake. Time deceased is 1 to 15 years. White male between the age of 40-60. Possible signs of beard and mustache.Short hair but unknown color. Unknown height and weight. Signs of a healed broken nose, Right ribs 6-7 have healed fractures, right wrist and other bones show signs of arthritis. Clothing on site, red shirt size 26/28, black ski cap with Cal written on front and golden bears on the back, black hoodie, pants, gray hoodie and belt. NamUs# 9718
