1/10/2007 Tri Phan was murdered in a pool hall in West Valley. He was robbed and left in the establishment, where he would later be found deceased. A Fight ensued during a crime and it is believed it was a robbery attempt in which Phan was killed. In 2018, an arrest was made in connection with the case, but it is believed more information might be out there to help in the details of this case. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact police.
