The Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI) is accepting applications to serve on the Private Investigator/Bail Bond Review Board for a term of four years. The duties and description of the board are found in UCA § 53-11-104. There are two positions available at this time.
- Licensed Bail Bond member – UCA § 53-11-104(a) – Apply
- Owner of a Bail Bond surety company – UCA § 53-11-104(f) – Apply
The board meets every three months. The duties of the Board are described in UCA § 53-11-105.

Who May Apply For a License
You may apply for a bail enforcement license if you are:
- at least 21 years of age, and
- a citizen or legal resident of the United States, and
- of good moral character
