On 01/09/1998, Ogden Officers were dispatched to the area of 500 27th Street on a report of a possible assault. When Officers arrived, they were directed to an apartment where they observed the victim, Antonio Arana also known as Isaac Nerio. Arana was breathing and transported to the hospital where he later died of injuries.
