Christopher was reported missing by his father on 09/16/2016; Christopher was last seen on 09/11/2016. Christopher’s wife was out of town in northern California at the time of this report. When she returned to Utah, Christopher, his vehicle, laptop, money from their shared account and smaller items were gone. Christopher’s vehicle was located 10/2016 in San Diego 100 feet from the Mexican border near Oty Center Drive and Nicolla Tesla Court. Christopher speaks French and understands Spanish. Christopher has lived in the Philippines and Canada prior to this report being made.
