Marty last had contact with his girlfriend via text message on 7-8-22 and was believed to have been in the area of the Deep Creek Ranches in Dry Fork/LaPoint area of Uintah County where he had been doing work for a family member. Marty is on supervised probation with AP&P and had relayed his intention to abscond the morning he went missing. Marty has been known to use drugs and was reportedly concerned that he was going to fail his AP&P requirements. Marty has not been seen since 2022 and was not present for his father’s funeral in late 2022.
