Stephen Roy SCANE

Scane came to the U.S. from England in 1981 and was living in the Evanston, Wyoming area. He was known to associate with convicted murderer John Maida (aka Tracy Petrocelli). Scane was last seen in the latter part of November 1981. In December 1982, Scane was reported missing by his family in England. They reported that they hadn’t had contact with him since November 1981. In August 1984, a sheepherder discovered human remains in the Christmas meadows area of the Wasatch-Cache National Forest. The remains were later positively identified as those of Stephen Scane. The death was ruled a homicide.
