Nancy was working as a clerk for Fina gas station in East Layton on July 4, 1975, and was last seen by a patrol officer approximately 15 minutes before her disappearance. She was wearing a smock with the Fina logo, blue shorts, and a blue halter top. Her purse and money were found behind the counter and her car was parked at the station. Nancy had long strawberry blonde hair and was known to wear a small gold pinky ring with rubies.
