In October of 2013, a sibling of Karleen Barlow contacted the Sheriff’s Office to report her missing. The sibling indicated Karleen was a member of the Fundamentalist Latter Day Saints (FLDS) Church based in Colorado City Arizona. He had not seen or had contact with her since 2012. The sibling suspected she may have been relocated to a Religious Colony in North Dakota.
