Identifying Features: Ten coins found in pockets of the pants. Dated 1979-1996, camouflage-patterned jacket with military insignias on both upper arms. size small/short, cotton V-neck t-shirt, white cotton men's briefs, Hanes brand waist 32/34, white ribed sports socks, black denim jeans "solo and semore" brand size 38 (pants were to big) Black leather belt with plain metal buckle. Belt was cinched to the last notch, bright blue paint spattered on the front of the belt, Ankle high boots, Steel Toe, bright blue paint spattered on top of the toe of the left boot

04/12/2004, Approximately 1/2 North North West of the Milford Airport, the Skeletal remains of more than likely a Vietnamese Male that falls into the Mongolian era of humans, the male was approx 5’6 in stature, between 50-56 years old, there were two fractures on the subjects skull that was consistent with blunt force trauma, he’s considered to be a homicide victim. Dental Records were obtained and still available and are entered into NCIC. His death occurred 2 to 8 years prior to discovery. Unknown if a weapon was used to cause the trauma to the skull.
