Annette left her daughter to go out for a couple of hours and she never returned. Her purse and other items were later located in the apartment of Thomas Evan Noffsinger who admitted to killing her. Noffsinger admitted to strangling and raping Annette and putting her body in a dumpster. Annette’s body has never been found.
