On May 1, 2015 Deborah’s brother called to report there had been no contact with Deborah since the week before. Deborah had been diagnosed with dementia and schizophrenia. Deborah’s phone, purse and personal effects were all found inside her apartment. Deborah’s vehicle was also left in the parking lot of her residence. Nobody had seen her leave the apartment and there was no information obtained to indicate where she had gone.
