Gilberto Rubio came to Springville in June of 2023. Rubio stayed at the Day’s Inn Motel and checked out on June 15, 2023. Rubio was a t a residence in Orem, Utah where it was reported he showed up intoxicated. Rubio was asked to leave the residence but they wouldn’t let him drive in his condition. Rubio’s family reported him missing shortly after that and he has not been seen since.
