The victim was found floating in the surplus canal. He had been in the canal for several months. Dark brown hair, medium length with moderate graying on sides and back, black/dark brown mustache. The body was observed to be wearing levis jeans, a heavy coat wit fleece lining, a vertically striped brown and white shirt with a western design, jockey shorts and long wool socks. Found near blue handkerchief. The victim was wearing a Seiko digital wrist watch silver in color. The watch was an hour fast from the original time and was still working. The watch was made in 1980.
