The Decedent’s body was found while Firefighters were trying to put out a fire at the Rio Grande Co. Lumber Yard. The Decedent was found outside between two buildings. A bottle of Thunderbird was next to the Decedent’s body, 3 packs and a sleeping bag were found nearby.
