On 8/26/1982 at approximately 12:30 pm Rachael Marie Runyan was kidnapped from a park in Sunset, Davis County, Utah. Her assailant is described as an African American male, 25 to 35 years old, 6 feet tall, slender to medium build, with a mustache. The vehicle involved is described as a mid-size blue car with possible wood grain on the sides. On September 19, 1982, Rachel’s body was found in a remote part of Morgan, Utah.
