Raymond has Alzheimer’s, internal bleeding, and dementia. He was last seen in Fillmore, Utah on November 26, 2006. He was last seen wearing an orange cap with “Conoco” written on it, Levis, black jacket, and white tennis shoes. Raymond has a cyst on his right hand between the fingers. He may be headed to Escalante, Utah, Boulder, Utah or to Arizona. On December 1, 2005 Raymond’s vehicle was located in the Valley of Fire State Park near Las Vegas, Nevada. Mr. Shurtz was not with the vehicle.
