Deceased was likely Homeless/Transient found dead in what appeared to be a Transient camp underneath the freeway. Found on I-15 and Riverdale Road, in Weber County.  The color of all clothing was compromised. Jacket: Oakley soft wear style, Jacket: Timberlake size L, shirt: Port Authority, long sleeve, “Zupas” stitched on pocket, size M, shirt: Fruit of the Loom size M, and Jeans: Faded Glory, size 30×32.  He was found with Newspaper dated 03.08.12. UTA/Tracks pass dated 03.21.12. It was thought he may be from Florida.
