Arrested by Salt Lake City Police at the Road Home Shelter. Became unresponsive in a holding cell at the jail. Was transported to LDS Hospital where he died. No identification was found on the deceased and he never told police his name. Race is believed to be mixed, with possible black/African American and Hispanic ancestry. The decedent spoke both English and Spanish.
