Dennis was reported missing by his mother and stepfather. At the time this police report was taken, it was reported that Dennis hadn’t been seen in 3 months. Dennis’ parents reported that he was last seen on 09/17/2000. It was stated they had spoken to Dennis over the phone between 09/17/2000-12/17/2000. Dennis is a veteran having served in the U.S. Army. Dennis has been diagnosed with schizophrenia and was transient at the time of his disappearance. Dennis lived in shelters around Salt Lake City, Utah. Multiple searches have been conducted for any internet footprint and no new information has been located since 2000. DNA has been collected in this case.
