On 10/14/2002 Jacinto Ruiz, a 21 year old Mexican Citizen, living illegally in the United States. Jacinto rode a bicycle to the Glendale Plaza. A fight erupted between Jacinto and another male. The male shot Ruiz and took off on his bike. Jacinto passed away from his injuries.
