On or about July 6, 2008, a witness saw the body of Rodney Jackson on eastbound interstate 80 near the redwood road exit in Salt Lake City, Utah. Officers from the Utah Highway Patrol located the body of Rodney Jackson. Rodney Jackson’s markedly decomposed body was located about ten feet from the roadway in the dirt and weeds along eastbound interstate 80 near the Redwood Road exit in Salt Lake City, Utah. Rodney Jackson died from blunt force injuries to the back of his head.
