42 year old Serafin Godinez was shot and killed in the early morning hours of September 21, 2002. During the Course of the Investigation, it was determined that Ignacio Escobar-Godinez shot and killed Godinez. Escobar-Godinez fled the United States prior to an arrest. An Arrest Warrant was obtained and is still valid for the Arrest of Escobar-Godinez.
