On July 30, 1995, officers with the St. George police department responded to a homicide at Blarney Pub 800 E St. St George Blvd. Thomas Foard was face down in a pool of blood. Mr Board had a gunshot wound to his head. In the vicinity of his body investigators located a spent .380 shell casing. They also located additional evidence indicating Mr. Foard was there with someone, however they have not been able to identify the identity of who was there with the victim.
