Tri Phan was murdered in a pool hall in West Valley 1/10/2007. He was robbed and left the establishment where he would later be found deceased. A fight ensued during the crime and it is believed it was a robbery attempt in which Phan was killed. In 2008 an arrest was made in connection with this case but it is believed more information might be out there to help in the details of this case.
