On 7/3/1991, Wayne Ferguson was listed as missing. He was living in Gusher, Utah, at the time of his disappearance. On November 8, 1994, a cattleman herding his cows to his property south of Gusher came across human remains in a ravine. The remains were sent to the State Medical Examiners and it was determined the remains were those of the missing Wayne Ferguson. The Medical Examiner determined the manner of death was homicide.
