Billy Buss was a 42 year old homeless man. On 7/15/1987, two men came to 948 West 300 South a vacant house Billy was staying at. They men were looking for Billy. When the victim walked into the yard, the two men surprised him and attempted to kidnap him. Billy resisted and fought with the men. He was shot once. The two men fled. They were picked up by a third man. The victim died several hours later from the shot gun wound.
